These terms govern your use of votebryonwhite.com (the "Site"), the campaign site of Bryon White for Volusia County Council ("the Campaign"), operated on the Campaign's behalf by DALMA LLC. By using the Site or opting in to our communications, you agree to these terms.

Text messaging (SMS) program terms

When you provide your mobile number and check the SMS consent box on one of our forms, you agree to receive recurring campaign text messages ("Campaign Alerts") from Bryon White for Volusia County Council — including news, events, voting information, and volunteer and donation requests.

• Message frequency varies.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe; you will receive one confirmation and no further messages.
• Reply HELP for help, or contact support@slowthegrowth.now.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of signing a pledge, volunteering, or any purchase or donation.

Your mobile opt-in information and consent are not shared with any third parties for their own marketing. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle your information.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, attempt to access it without authorization, or submit false information on our forms.

No warranty; limitation of liability

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Campaign and DALMA LLC are not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the Site or our communications.
